New managed service – Atea Identity Activity Protection
With digitalization we have completely changed the way we work. Employees are free to work from anywhere in the world on any number on devices, and while that gives more flexibility and efficiency it also opens up your business to an infinite amount of threats and vulnerabilities. Yet most security management systems have not kept pace with the digital changes.

When it comes to security and identity one of the buzz words of 2019 without any doubt is Azure Sentinel, the Microsoft’s cloud-native SIEM that sees and stops harms before they cause threats to the organization.
Azure Sentinel collects data across the customer’s users, devices, applications and infrastructure weather it is on premise or in multiple clouds, detects previously undiscovered threats, investigates threats with AI and hunt suspicious activities at scale and responds to incidents rapidly with built-in orchestration and automation of common tasks.
Being a comprehensive solution, Azure Sentinel also offers a great partner opportunity to top it up with professional and managed services and Atea was there to be among the first partners to take the opportunity.
The service development started in late October in Atea Managed Services Riga with great guidance of security and identity teams of Atea Denmark and Atea Sweden and ant the end of November the managed service Atea Identity Activity Protection was finished.
The service includes connection of customer’s data sources to Azure Sentinel, ongoing analysis and remediation of threats as well as possible consultancy and helpdesk add-ons.
