Approval removed from certain Self-Services

We have removed Approval from from Self-Services where it was deemed unnecessary to have approval. This means that when managing your own Distribution Lists, Folder and Security groups you will not need to approve your own order anymore. Likewise Approval has been removed from the state flow when leaving Distribution Lists, Folder and Security groups.

Submit ticket retries

When submitting a Service Desk ticket and an error is returned from the API we will now retry to send the ticket at different intervals.

Scheduled news

Zephyr news can now be scheduled. This means that you can set an date interval where the News will be on the start page. All news will still be visible on the “All news” page as long as they are active.

Radio button element

A new element for radio buttons in forms have been created. This can be used when creating custom forms where you want multiple choices but only one selectable value.

Login pipeline improvements

The login from Azure AD now supports updating of my information on the user. You can now enable so the name, manager, profile picture and group memberships are synchronized when logging in to Zephyr. If you do not want the information to be synchronized it can be disabled in variables.


We have made some improvements and tweaking:

  • Added the new validation to more pages
  • Changed pagination strategy for better performance

What’s next?

The next iteration will be focusing on:

  • Expanding Teams services.
  • Improved validation in more services.
  • Usermail is now improved in members element.
  • Backend refactoring.
