User Import

It is now possible to bulk onboard users to Zephyr from a designated Security Group. It is possible to import both from an on-premise security group or a azure security group. Upon selecting a group you can chose which users to select from the designated group. The users will be created in in Zephyr with standard tenant settings,

Agent view update

The agent view has been received a major overhaul. Everything has been reworked and it now works that you have to enter you filter and then actively search. This is to ensure all searches works through the API. It is now also possible to lock down the agent view so it is only possible to inspect tickets and not update them as an Agent, this is handled through a scope called Agent View Administration. If the scope is activated you can edit tickets and vice versa.

Category tree in forms admin

We have implemented the new Category Tree is forms admin so it should be easier to find the correct forms when administrating forms.

New validation upon saving

There is a new way of validating that correct information has been entered when saving documents in Zephyr. For now it is only implemented fully in the Role service. This will throw an error before proceeding to Submit page if a required field is not set so it should be easier to find.

Script Engine update

A new version of the script engine has been created, the new version supports running remote powershell scripts which means you can run the same scripts but from our Azure subscription. By doing this you can always ensure you are running the latest scripts with manually placing them on the script engine server.

We have made some improvements and tweaking:

  • Minor changes to unclear tool tips.
  • Corrected bugs that have been reported to us.

What’s next?

The next iteration will be focusing on:

  • Reworked login pipeline.
  • Schedulable news on frontpage
  • Flexlist improvements.
  • New script engine.
  • Backend refactoring.

Hope you enjoy our new release and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us!
