Agent View performance

Previous version of Agent View was very slow for customers with a large amount of tickets. We have changed from getting all tickets upon entering the page to getting them gradually when browsing the ticket list with an infinite scroll. This leads to that the initial load time is much shorter when entering the page.

Additional reference variable for service desk tickets

A new variable has been added which sets the value “Additional Reference” on the CSMS tickets. This value can be used to specify that the ticket is created by Zephyr.

User name in ImBox chat

As stated the name of the user will now automatically attached to the conversation.

Norwegian language

Entire Zephyr now has a Norwegian translation available, this can be selected in the same way as English and Swedish. If the option does not exist for you the language needs to be enabled first.

New file uploader element

We have reworked the file uploader element so that it can handle to uploading multiple files plus redesigned it to a more modern look.

What’s next?

In the next iteration we will begin working on our AppUpdate integration to make it easier for current AppUpdate customers to manage their applications. We will also make tweaks to our file uploading so we can manage bigger files without problems. A tenant specific login page administration tool will also be created so it is possible to customize a tenant login page.
