New Font

A new font for headers has been introduced in Zephyr as issues were discovered how the old font handled certain special characters. Now a similar font that handles the same characters.

Fuzzy Search

Fuzzy Search has been added to all search fields in Zephyr. This means that you don’t always have to write the exact correct search term to get a hit. It will handle spelling errors and similar issues to a certain degree.

Upload file to ticket

Changes have been made in how we handle uploading files. This means that from now on the uploaded file to a ticket will keep the original name so that it is easier to refer to the file in the ticket description.

Converting services to new design

Work has started in moving old services to our new design. The first service that has been changed is Network Folders in Self Service. This work will continue with other services that have the old design

 

What’s next?

In the next iteration we will be implementing Security Groups management for on-premise AD. We will start work on a few major changes to form and software management. Work on a new way to create incidents and submit requests replacing the Service Desk wizard will also start.
