It has come to our attention that a small bug snuck its way into the 6.0.2 release. It has only to do with the new View Knowledge Base Articles service, in that the categories are not displayed correctly. Categories are displayed that contain Service Products instead of Knowledge Base articles in the tree on the lower left.
If you need this functionality before the next release 6.0.3 (estimated mid-January), there is a hotfix installer for an intermediate version available on the FTP site, which should be fine to run in a Test, QA or Lab environment. However if you have customizations or a production environment running 6.0.2 already, please contact Product Support for advice before committing to any actions regarding this.
